General conditions

Tourism Grade 10 reserves the right to:

• Modify both the program and the type of vehicle used on the excursions.
• Do not take any of the excursions without prior notice due to force majeure or weather conditions.
• Admission to the tour to people in a state of intemperance or with signs of having ingested alcoholic beverages.
• Change the values ​​of your services, without prior notice.
• Turismo Grado 10 is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings left inside the vehicles.

Specs:

• Tickets to the parks are paid by the passenger.
• Reservations are valid once paid.
• People over 6 years old can take the tours
• All excursions include transportation, driver and bilingual guide (Spanish – English – Portuguese).
• Regular tours will take place on our Overland bus with a minimum of 8 confirmed passengers. The bus has capacity for 24 passengers. In case of not reaching the minimum, we ensure the tour in regular service, but in a vehicle to be confirmed.
• The departure of at least 2 tours on the Overland bus is guaranteed for stays of two or more days.
• Private or alternative tours to those offered are subject to availability and values ​​to be confirmed according to itineraries and requested services.

Schedules:

• The waiting time for the departure of each tour will be 5 minutes.
• During the excursion, passengers must return to the vehicle at the times defined by the guide, being their responsibility to be at the indicated meeting point at the indicated time.
• Non-compliance may mean the loss of the excursion and/or loss, and the passenger must coordinate and pay for their return to the hotel.

Cancellations and Returns:

The cancellation of contracted services to Turismo Grado 10 is subject to the following conditions for the return of the value paid:

• 45 days or more before the date of the first contracted tour, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded.
• Between 11 and 44 days before the date of the first contracted tour, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded.
• Any cancellation less than 10 days prior to the date of the first contracted tour will not be entitled to a partial or total refund of the amount paid.

Note: They will be understood as calendar days.

Tourism Grade 10 shares with his followers on social networks. That is why he posts photos of his tours on his Facebook, Instagram, Flickr and Twitter, in which those who participate in the expeditions can appear.

Turismo Grado 10 is not responsible for the publication of photos taken by its clients on social networks.

By contracting the services of Tourism Grade 10, it is automatically established that the seller and the client notify each other and accept all the clauses of these General Conditions.
